It has been quite the journey already for "Mission Team 5" (as we have started to refer to ourselves as).  What a Blessing it has already been! 
6 days to go until "departure" date and our mission officially begins. :o)
Lots of emotions are flowing as we make our final preparations. 
I for one am crazy excited!!!  It will be extremely difficult to leave my kiddos, but my arms ache to hold the orphans in Africa and tell them that God Loves Them and that they are Beautiful and that they are Not Forgotten!!!
Our last team mtg before departure will be on Saturday, at our packing party - where we pack up all of the donations that we have collected.
We have big hearts, open eyes and are ready to serve.
Please PRAY for safety, good health and for God's light to shine through all of us as we serve in Uganda.
